We started our Spring Break with a dip in the YMCA pool with some of the cousins. Let's just say I was quite the site. The "photographer" was in the pool with her hands full so this is the only photo.
Sheldon wanted to hang out in the locker. Silly little guy.
Then we played some hoops.
Check out this crazy cool video of Tyler shooting backwards. This kid NEVER plays basketball let alone practice shooting backwards. He nails it the first time AND I actually had my camera on.
This was my attempt at a photo with all the cousins.
Oh well.
So I took a few photos of the "big kids."
When I turned around from taking the photo above, this is how I found Sheldon. Oh sure, now you want your photo taken.
The weather was fabulous so we played outside and cooked over my sister's fire pit afterwards.
Uncle Rick and Dalton helped Sheldon down the slide one time then he was on his own.
Up the ladder, down the slide, repeat a bazillion times.
Originally we were supposed to go camping during spring break. We decided to stay home so we could get some home projects done and play locally. Sheldon was still asleep when the big dump truck came. But he seemed to think the small truck was pretty snazzy.
Tyler worked hard with his Dad ALL day long.
Sheldon got out his power tools and supervised.
Our motto is to play as hard as you work.
For some it was all about the fish.
And for others it was all about the worms.
Mental Note: Never EVER forget the pacifier when you are running errands. Pacifiers are not to pacify Levi. They are to keep him from licking and chewing on EVERYTHING!
Tyler couldn't stop laughing.
This was the first time we actually found a car cart. As I have mentioned, Sheldon is obsessed with cars. So it is torture to go to the store and see another kid driving a car when they are all being used. So that you won't think less of me, I won't tell you what I've wanted to do when I've seen a single child riding in a car cart while I'm struggling with two children. On Saturday the plan was to go to an Easter Egg Hunt in our community. The egg hunt was a bust but the pony rides and toys were great so we still had a lot of fun. Tyler REALLY wanted Sheldon to ride a pony. Unfortunately, Sheldon wanted nothing to do with it. So Tyler rode the pony hoping to encourage Sheldon to at least pet the pony. It worked. Sheldon still talks about touching a horse's nose, which is his way of saying he stuck his finger in a pony's nostril.
Best Biggest Brother EVER!
Sheldon loved watching his shadow below.
I took out Levi's pacifier for a photo and he immediately does this. :P
