After church on March 2nd, Sheldon said goodbye to his crib.
He played in it one last time with Levi. This is their favorite thing to do when they wake up from their naps. Actually they'll still get to do it. Just in Levi's bedroom from now on.
You should always protect your baby blues with goggles.
These goggles are so fancy they apparently cost 15 cents. Not really. I used a lot of Tyler's old toys in my kindergarten classroom. One of my students' favorite math activities was GARAGE SALE MATH. They would take a bag of toys with price tags and put them in the correct order. It will be fun to play with Sheldon and Levi when they get bigger.
Listen to this Smarty Pants count!
Just trying out his big boy bed!
He didn't want to get out, even though it wasn't bedtime and he wasn't wearing pajamas. I guess that means we did a great job of getting him excited. Here's hoping his other Elmo board books are just as helpful with getting him excited about potty training and saying goodbye to his bottle.
Sheldon did AMAZING in his big boy bed. He fell asleep at 7:50pm and woke up at 5:55am. I went in, rubbed his back, started his night time music, and he went back to sleep until his normal wake up time around 7:30. He slept with only a fitted sheet and his favorite blankie so it was more like his crib. We'll add his comforter soon. We also need to put it on the hollywood bed frame.
Now to put the crib in Levi's room and transition him out of our room. I'm hoping that transition goes just as smoothly. I think it will be harder for me than Levi. I really like having my babies next to me in the co-sleeper.
